All data supplied and the recorded confirmation shall be deemed proof of the transaction. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-modalites-de-paiement\">3. Terms of payment<\/h3>\n\n<p>Orders can only be paid for by credit card via Stripe. Terms of delivery<\/h3>\n\n<p>We deliver our products by post only. Delivery costs are specified at the time of ordering according to the products selected. Transport damage<\/h3>\n\n<p>In the event of damage in transit, the customer must lodge a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of delivery. Warranties and liability<\/h3>\n\n<p>SeriniDog undertakes to supply products in accordance with the contractual provisions. The products benefit from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions, by operation of law and without additional payment, <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the legal warranty of conformity,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the legal warranty against hidden defects resulting from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the products delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-reglement-des-litiges\">8. Settlement of disputes<\/h3>\n\n<p>In the event of a dispute, customers are invited to contact SeriniDog&#8217;s customer service department for an amicable solution.
