Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge of them, and waiver of the right to invoke one’s own terms and conditions of purchase or any other terms and conditions. All data supplied and the recorded confirmation shall be deemed proof of the transaction.

3. Terms of payment

Orders can only be paid for by credit card via Stripe. The customer is redirected to a secure interface to make the payment.

4. Terms of delivery

We deliver our products by post only. Delivery costs are specified at the time of ordering according to the products selected. Details of collection options will be provided at the time of ordering.

5. Reservation of ownership

The products remain the property of SeriniDog until full payment of the price.

6. Transport damage

In the event of damage in transit, the customer must lodge a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of delivery. This does not affect the customer’s legal rights.

7. Warranties and liability

SeriniDog undertakes to supply products in accordance with the contractual provisions. The products benefit from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions, by operation of law and without additional payment,

• the legal warranty of conformity,
• the legal warranty against hidden defects resulting from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the products delivered.

8. Settlement of disputes

In the event of a dispute, customers are invited to contact SeriniDog’s customer service department for an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the competent courts will be those of the defendant’s place of residence.

9. Changes to the general terms and conditions of sale

SeriniDog reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the applicable terms and conditions of sale will be those in force at the date of the order.
